"Altered State" Glow in the dark UV Neon Hand-painted rolling tray

 
This one gets a little weird. 🖤💗✨
 
The Altered State Rolling Tray starts with a black base, then I painted a thick white swirl that comes out from the centre and winds its way across the tray in a messy, wavy pattern. I wanted the swirl to feel like it was moving rather than sitting there in a perfectly neat design, so the whole thing has a bit of a warped, alternate universe, unpredictable feel to it.
 
I added white splatter across the black background to give it that little bit of an outer-space feel, then followed the white swirl with a neon pink outline. Under UV blacklight, that pink outline comes to life and completely changes the look of the piece. 💗
 
And then I decided to take it one step further and painted the white swirl with glow-in-the-dark paint too. So when the lights go out, the swirl has another little transformation of its own! No matter the vibe, day or night, this tray has a few different personalities depending on what's lighting it up. 
 
The tray measures 11.5" x 7.5" and has the deep rounded edges of my classic rolling trays, giving you plenty of room for your setup without taking up a ridiculous amount of space.
 
The artwork is sealed beneath a durable, crystal-clear epoxy finish, giving you a smooth surface that's easy to wipe clean while protecting the painting. The epoxy is water resistant, alcohol resistant and heat resistant.

Care:
Use your preferred cleaners on a clean soft cloth to clean this piece. Avoid abrasive scrubbers directly on the artwork to keep the glossy finish looking its best for as long as possible.
